At present,the actualties of rural human resources development of our country are not good,which mainly lies in the large quantities of rural population,the lack of knowledge of cultivation and science,the weak management of rural production.In order to solve these problems,some countermeasures must be taken—strengthening control of population,investing rural human capital,developing vocational and technical education,transferring rural population,creating the systems of rural human resources development and improving the quality of rural women.
