Abstract
The overall low quality of rural work force is one of the biggest obstacles for the economic and social development of rural areas.Based on brief analysis on the problems of rural education and rural human resources development,this paper discusses the necessity of developing rural education to promote the human resources development,and puts forward several countermeasures and proposals to develop rural education vigorously so as to achieve depth development of rural human resources.
