Abstract

12 maize inbred lines were analyzed utilizing RAPD technique. Based on the profiles established by PCR using 11 pairs of random primers, the 0/1 database was generated, and a dendrogram was constructed by adopting NJ method. The results showed that 6 clusters identified by RAPD markers confirmed the heterotic groups determined by their pedigree.
