Abstract
The optimum extraction conditions of caffeine in tea by soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction were studied, and the methods above were contrasted. Then the orthogonal test layout was used to optimize the extraction conditions, the results were compared, and the extraction rate of soxhlet extraction was the highest. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:95% ethanol, extraction time of 60 min, sublimation time of 80 min.And the average yield of caffeine was 79.8 mg/5g.The method is simple, easy to operation, and has certain practicability.
