Effect analysis of lornoxicam combined small dose of fentanyl for postoperative analgesia of intravenous

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of combined lornoxicam small dose of fentanyl for postoperative intravenous analgesia.Methods February 2009 to 2010 February for postoperative analgesia 268 cases were divided into two groups,observation group 138 patients,control group 130 cases,of the two groups for postoperative pain 4,8,12,24,48 hours score,sedation score and side effects were observed.Results The postoperative 4,8,12,24,48 hour pain score,sedation score comparison no significant difference(P0.05).Observation group of adverse reactions were observed in 12 cases,8.69% incidence of adverse reactions;The control group were 35 cases of adverse reactions,adverse reaction rate 26.92%.Statistical analysis,the observation group and control group incidence of adverse reactions significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions The lornoxicam and small dose of fentanyl can enhance lornoxicam analgesia,analgesic effect than single effect of lornoxicam,and can reduce the amount of fentanyl and the adverse effects of fentanyl.
