Abstract

Having comparative method to analysis the effect of traning,the changes of weight,girth and body fat. It shows that obviously improve the effects of muscle strength compared with the traditional strength training. The weight,girth and body fat of the subjects are better that the weight is lower,girth and body fat is normal.
