Abstract

Samples were digested by microwave oven and selenium was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Digestion conditions such as temperature, pressure, time, solvent and spectrometer measurement parameters were optimized. The detection limit was 0.20μg /L and linear range was 1.00μg /L-100.00μg /L with recovery of 96.4%-108.3% and RSD of 3.30%-3.65%.The method showed to be rapid and simple with wide linear range and less pollution.
