Abstract
Objective To investigate the microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry Determination of selenium in hair analysis. Methods After the hair by the use of microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the determination of hair selenium, potassium borohydride by controlling the concentration and acidity to enhance the method sensitivity. Results The experiments show that the linear range 0 ~ 20 μg/ L,the correlation coefficient r 0.9990,the detection limit of 0.42 μg/ L,measured in the standard uncertainty of the material scope of the standard value, the relative standard deviation less than 8 %.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and applicable to the determination of selenium in the hair.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
