Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Knee Osteoarthritis with the treatment of Combination of Chinese Traditional and WesternMedicine.Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected in our hospital(2010.1-2012.4).They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with fumigation of Qiancao prescription and intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Patients in control group were treated only with intra articularinjectionof sodiumhyaluronate.The treatmenteffectand the recovery of knee jointare compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of function of knee joint in treatment group is better than that in control group after two weeks.The differences in the two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05);The cure rate in treatment group is higher that in control group.The two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion The fumigation ofQiancao prescription and intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate are effective in improving the function of knee joint and treating knee osteoarthritis.
