Discussion on the Theory and Legislative of Trade Secret

Nowadays, it is not enough in China to provide owners of trade secret with relevant law provision, with more and more important is the property value of trade secret. The article is an analysis and summary to the basic issue of trade secret, dealing with the concept, content, feature, native of trade secrets and the infringement of trade secrets. Furthermore, suggestions for the improvement of Chinese trade secrets law are put forward in this article by comparative foreign law considering trade secret.
