Trade Secret Right and Its Legal Attributes

Abstract

Though trade secret is protected as a kind of object of right in practice, some of its problems still can't be solved in theory due to the specialty of trade secret. Therefore, in legislation the characteristics of trade secret can't be wholly reflected as a type of intellectual property. This paper attempts to master the attributes of trade secret dynamically on the basis of analyzing its character for the purpose of benefiting practice.
