Abstract

As the market competition becomes more and more intensifying,the trade secret as an intangible assets has become one of study concerned hot focuses.A proper legal definition to the concepts,characteristics,domain, legal injury acts of trade secret is beneficial for enterprises to strength their cognition of self-defend and the ability of legal protection. It provides a basis and reference for establishing the uniform law of trade secret in our country.
