Urban-rural Relationship in the Construction of Socialist New Countryside

It's been three years since our country carried out the construction of socialist new countryside.However,it still remains serious three rural issues.By analyzing the main stages of the development of urban-rural relationship since 1949,the paper thinks the deep reason for three rural issues is imbalance between urban and rural areas.In perspective of the urban-rural relationship,the paper puts forward two kinds of erroneous ideas as well as two basic principles of interaction and balance between urban and rural areas.We need follow the two basic principles in order to get out of the erroneous zone and realize the social harmonious development.
