Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of lansoprazole combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium treatment of peptic ulcer, provide the reference for the clinical work. Methods In our hospital from 2012 February to 2013 January were treated 112 cases of peptic ulcer patients as the research object, the control group of 52 cases treated with conventional triple therapy, omeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin treatment, the observation group of 60 patients were treated with lansoprazole with A Mo Westwood and clavulanate potassium treatment, compared two groups of drugs in clinical application. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.3%,significantly higher than 86.5% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);observation group of acid reflux, heartburn, bloating, belching symptoms disappear time is respectively(5.6±1.1),(6.1±2),(7.9±1.8)d,were significantly shorter than in control group(7.8±1.6),(7.9±1.4),(9±2.3)d,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of lansoprazole with better results of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium treatment of peptic ulcer, and the patients can recover soon, safety and reliable,is worthy of popularization and application of medication.
