Clinical analysis of plavix in treating unstable angina pectoris

Abstract

Objective:To observe treatment efficacy and safety of unstable angina pectoris with plavix.Methods:A total of 88 unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into two groups,including therapy group(47 patients) and control group(41 patients).The patients in control group took aspirin,nitrate esters,β-receptor blocking drugs,calcium antagonists,statins.Patients in therapy group were treated additionally with plavix.After the treatment course which was 3 months the effect of treatment was studied.Results:The efficiency of therapy group was 93.6% and the efficiency of control group was 75.6%.The efficiency of therapy group was obviously higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusions:The therapy effects of plavix in treating unstable angina pectoris were valid.
