Abstract
Objective:To discuss the efficacy of clavicle hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:A total of 38 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Type Ⅲ) were collected and treated with clavicle hook plate.Results:All the cases were followed up successfully for 1~4 years,averaged 14 months.According to Karlsson standard,the results were as follows:excel-lent in 27 patients,good in 8 patients and poor in 3 patients.Conclusion:The treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with clavicle hook plate has the advantages of simple manipulation,good reduction,solid fixation,satisfactory recover of shoulder function,less compli-cations,which deserves clinical expansion.
