Effect Of Xinxibao On Immune Function For the Children with Recurrent Respiratory Infection

Objective To explore the effect of Xinxibao on immunity function for the children with the recurrent respiratory infection.Methods To observe 120 children aged from 1 to 5 years old with recurrent respiratory infection and divided into study and control groups at random,two groups were performed the antibiotics and general treatments but the study control added the drugs of Xinxibao.The levels of IgG、IgA、IgM、CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were measured before and after 4 weeks treatments.Results The contents of serum IgG、IgA、IgM、CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were remarkably higher than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion This showed that the Xinxibao had significantly taken the effect on the increasing the immunity of those children with recurrent respiratory infection,it maybe play an important role in the curing those children with the recurrent respiratory infection.
