Abstract
OBJECTIVE To summarize the immune functions of 81 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRI). METHODS A total of 81 cases of clinically diagnosed children with recurrent respiratory tract infections were set as study object,whose CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ were tested and,calculated CD4+/CD8+ ratio.The level of IgA,IgG,IgM;and with 72 normal healthy children were compared. RESULTS RRI children CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased,CD8+ was significantly higher(P0.05),significant difference;serum IgM,IgG was significantly higher than healthy children,C3 significantly lower(P0.05),there was no significant change of IgA. CONCLUSION Children with recurrent respiratory tract infections are related to immune function disorders.
