Theoretical Innovations Desiderated by the Property Right Reform in Modern Enterprise System

This article studied the development and evolution of modern theory based on the transformation of enterprise asset system in the neo-economic era and the concrete practice of system design, clearly presented a new definition for property right different from the theory recognized by western economists, expounded the thought core of modern theory, the composition and identification of Parties related to the interests of right of special entity and the game relations among them.
