Abstract

Objective To observe central venous catheter implantate pleural and/or pericardial cavity for drainage of effusion, and to analyze the efficacy and safety of treating malignant pleural effusion/pericardial effusion with injection DDP and Mycobacterium Phlei F.U.36.Methods Collect and analyzed 30 cases of lung cancer associated effusion/pericardial effusion. Results The results showed that there were 23 complete remission(CR) patients,2 partial remission(PR) patients, and 5 ineffective patients, the total effective rate were 83.3%.Conclusion Treating malignant pleural effusion cause of lung cancer with injected DDP and Mycobacterium Phlei F.U.36 has good curative effects, fewer adverse reactions. It is a simple operation and is worthy of clinical application.
