Abstract
Objective: To compare the curative effect of HAS and DDP treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods: Patients in hospital suffering from malignant pleural effusion were selected and injected intrapleural with HAS and DDP individually. Results: HAS curative effect of treating malignant pleural effusion is superior to DDP. Conclusion: The result of treating malignant pleural effusion with HAS is exact. No obvious toxicity or side effects was observed.
