On the Ideological Trend of Feminist Literature during the May 4th Movement

Influenced by the ideological trend of modern feminism and encouraged by the May 4th New Culture Movement,the first grou p of female writers came into being an d gained recognition.Many of their works give expression t o strong feminist tendences because of their pure feminine per-spectives and narratives against ma le authority.They heralded the age o f Chinese Women's feminist literature in the 20th century.
