Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.by SFE CO2.Methods The orthogonal experiment was designed and the content of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B were wed as index to determine the optimum technologic parameters. Results The optimum process was as follows:extracting pressure 30MPa,extracting temperature 40℃,extracting time 2h,separating pressure 5MPa.The extraction rate of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B were 1.25 and 1.58 times higher than the trenditionerl method using alcohol. Conclusion With the extraction rate higher than the common method by alcohol, the optionnal process is stable, feasible and suitable for production.
