Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods With tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salvianolic acid B as indexes, the processing parameters of the extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza were screened with orthogonal design. Results Using superfine crushing extraction with the extraction condition was follows as : adding 4 times amount of 95% alcohol and then adding 4 times amount of 50% alcohol be extractied for 10 minutes each time. Conclusion The process has guiding signifi cance for extracting of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..
