Clinical Observation of Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Iridocyclitis after Cataract Intraocular Lens Implantation

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the treatment of chronic iridocyclitis after cataract intraocular lens implantation.Method:82 patients with chronic iridocyclitis after cataract intraocular lens implantation in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine anti-inflammatory,anti infection drugs and short acting mydriatic drug therapy,the observation group was treated with Chufeng Yisun Decoction on the basis of the control group.Duration of treatment was three weeks,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.7%(38/41),which was significantly higher than 75.6%(31/41) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( 字2=4.50,P=0.03).The average treatment time of observation group was(6.9±2.1)d,which was significantly shorter than(12.1±2.5)d of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.20,P=0.00).Symptoms of serious adverse reactions were not found in two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction in the treatment of chronic iridocyclitis after cataract intraocular lens implantation is remarkable,with high efficiency,good safety,can shorten the treatment time,have clinical promotion and the application value.
