Clinical study of Ziyinjianpilishi decoction in treating 76 cases of idiopathic edema

Objective To investigate clinical effects and mechanism of Ziyinjianpilishi decoction on the treatment of idiopathic edema.Methods 136 patients suffered with idiopathic edema were randomly divided into two groups.76 patients in the treatment group were given Ziyinjianpilishi decoction.And 60 in the control group were given Jinguishenqi pills.The course was twenty days in two groups.The interval of two courses was 5～7days.The short term effect was observed in two courses.The long-term effect was observed follow-up visit of six months.Results The total effective rate and long-term effective rate in the treatment group(93.42%,86.84%)were obvious higher than those in control group(78.33%,70.00%,P0.05).The clinical effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ziyinjianpilishi decoction has definite therapeutic efficacy in treating patients of idiopathic edema.
