The analysis of the third-party logistics in the modern logistics

This paper expatiated the basic conception of the third party logistics,analyzed the actuality and the external actuality of the third party logistics,studied the function and characteristic of the third pary logistics,and prospected the development foreground broad of the third party logistics by analyzing the trend of the external developed country about the third party logistics from three aspects and combining the internal actuality of the third party logistics.At last,thd paper summed up the main problem for the development of the third party logistics,and put forward the method,the procedure and the measure for developing the third party logistics in China.
