The third party logistics has become an important form of modern logistics, its development level has become one of the marks to measure the development level of the logistics in a country. This paper mainly explains the concept of the third party logistics, analyzes its development, summarizes the actuality of the third party logistics and puts forward the method and strategy for developing the third party logistics in China.
