Abstract
In this paper, the present conditions of the third party logistics in the developed countries are introduced. Then the present logistics in the developed countries are compared with those in China and how to develop China′s third party logistics is pointed out. Also, the problems are discussed such as the role in which the government and business play in the development of the third party logistics and the operation forms of China′s third party logistics, etc..
