Abstract
This paper talks about the function of school culture,including model function,stability function,spiritual function,stimulation function,education function,function of upgrading school validity,choice function,restriction function,development function,and cohesive function,all of which guarantee an improvement of the quality of both teachers and students and a sustainable development as well.
