The Analysis in the Honesty of State Student Loan in Higher Institutions

The state student loan of higher institutions is an important step taken by the government,through the agency of finance,to perfect the College Student Support System and take greater effort to support poor students.The state student loan is carried out with no guaranty but credit only,which induces the honesty problem of state student loan.This assay studies the causes of that problem from four aspects as follows: the innate defect of student loan with no guaranty,the limitation of some students' sense of honesty,and the imperfection of individual credit system,as well as the impossibility of giving the guarantee of college students' ability to pay the debt.It is also opposed definitely to making the issue evil.Meanwhile,this thesis analyses and discusses such issues as the realization of credit behaviour of state student loan and the main function of higher institutions in the process of the realization.
