Abstract
In recent years,the repayment rate of state grant-in-aid loan is low.The lack of honesty in college students calls for public attention.The effective ways of strengthening and perfecting the credit system construction of state grant-in-aid loan are:setting up ideal social environment,putting emphasis on the building of honesty mechanism,and rigorously enforcing the management of student loan.
