Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship between abnormal pregnancy and cytogenetics. Methods: Chromsome karyotype for peripheral blood was analysed from 2532 cases with the history of abnormal pregnancy. Results: There are 248 cases abnormal chromosome karyotype of the 2532 cases. The incidence of abnormal rate was 9.79%.somatic chromosome mutation in 28 cases. Conclusion: The abnormality of chromosome is one of the basic reasons of disfavorable pregnancy.
