Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of the cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) in the patients of pregnancy induced hypertension and the relationship between them. Methods 100 cases of PIH (31 cases of mild PIH patients, 36 cases of moderate PIH patients, 33 cases of severe PIH patients) and 30 cases of normal late pregnancy women were determined with FCM and ELISA. Each subject was determined the level of sVCAM-1、 sICAM-1、CD11b and C D62p before giving the birth. Results The levels of sVCAM-1、sICAM-1、CD11b and CD 62p in group of pregnancy induced hypertension were significantly higher than that of normal controls (P 0.01 or P 0.05); the levels of sICAM-1 had no difference between mild PIH patients and normal late pregnancy women (P 0.05), but the levels of sVCAM-1、CD11b and CD 62p were higher than that of normal controls (P 0.01 or P 0.05), the levels of sVCAM-1、sICAM-1、CD11b and CD62p in the plasma of moderate PIH patients were higher than that in mild PIH patients (P 0.01 or P 0.05), the levels of sVCAM-1、sICAM-1、CD11b and CD 62p in the severe PIH patients were higher than that in moderate PIH patients (P 0.01 or P 0.05). Correlation were found between CD11b and sICAM-1, CD11b and sICAM-1, CD62p and sVCAM-1, CD62p and sICAM-1. Conclusion Endothelium cell injury plays a major role in pathogenesis of PIH. Platelet activation、CAMs may involve in the pathogenesis of PIH , the levels of the CAMs were more and more high in the PIH patients. The research confirmed that the detection of the markers was useful for diagnosis and monitoring the clinical course to PIH, avoiding edampsia occurrence.
