Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Radix Ginseng in F capsules. Methods Orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process of Radix Ginseng.Macroporous resin column separation was used. The contents of ginsenosides were determined as markers to evaluate the effect of the extraction of different processes by colorimetric method. Results The optimum extracting factors were 8 times volume of 60% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 2 h for 3 times. Conclusions The optimal extraction process is simple and repeatable;it can be used in industrial production.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
