Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Radix Ginseng. Methods:The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the alcohol extraction process. The macroporous resin column separation was used. The contents of ginsenosides were determined as makers to evaluate the effect of the extraction of different processes by colormetric method. Results:The optimum alcohol-extracting factors were 8 times of 60% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 4 h, for 3 times. Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is simple and repeatable, it can be used in industrial production.
