Clinical study on effects of Yidalafeng on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of Yidalafeng in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction by randomized and controlled clinical trial.Methods 108 patients suffered acute cerebral infarction within 24 hours were randomly divided into two groups:Yidalafeng group and control group.Each patient in the Yidalafeng group was treated with Yidalafeng of 30 mg twice everyday for 14 days;while those in the control group were given the Yinxingdano 30 ml/d for 14 days.The end points included Clinical Neurological Deficits Scale of Stroke,the level of plasma TNF-α,IL-6.Results Not only has the Neurological Deficits Scale of Stroke of Yidalafeng group decreased significantly compared with control group(P0.01),when Yidalafeng was used within 24 hours.The level of plasma TNF-α,IL-6 in the patients of Yidalafeng group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Yidalafeng treatment could decrease the level of plasma TNF-α,IL-6 significantly,this treatment is a safe and effective for acute cerebral infarction.
