Abstract

The triamcinolone acetonide acetate was spectrophotometrically determined at 485 nm after reacting with triphenyl tetrazolium chloride under alkaline condition. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 6 ̄24 g/ml(r=0.9995) with a recovery of 99.88%.
