Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae Granules by HPLC.Methods:AglientC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid solution(500:500:1).The flow rate was 10mL/min.The detection wavelength was 360 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results:The linear relation was good. The average recovery of quercetin was 95.42% with RSD=3.11%;The average recovery of kaemferol was 100.5% with RSD=0.978%.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and has good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of the granules.
