Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae by HPLC.Methods:Diamond ODS column was used.Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.45% phosphate.UV detector wave length was set at 366nm.Results:The linearity was from 0.04724 to 0.2362μg for quercetin and from 0.1424 to 0.4272μg for kaempferol, and the average recovery was 99.8% for quercetin and 99.9% for kaempferol with RSD 1.39% and 1.48% respectively. Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Herba Lysimachiae.
