Abstract
ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae Granules.MethodsDalian Elite Hypersil ODS2 5μm(200 mm×4.6 mm)column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-(0.4)% phosphoric acid solution(45∶55).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1);The detection wavelength was 360 nm;The column temperature was 30℃.ResultsThe linear relation was good. The average recovery of quercetin was 101.2% with RSD=(1.14)%;The average recovery of kaemferol was 100.1% with RSDwas(1.33)%.ConclusionThe method is simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules.
