Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Dailixin on depression in patients with stroke. Methods:Sixty patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups:therapy group(treated with Dailixin above the base of routine therapy) and control group(treated with routine therapy) and tested with HAMD and clinical neurologic impairment score(CNS) before treatment and six weeks after treatment. Results:The HAMD scores of therapy group were significantly lower(13.03±5.07) after treatment than that of before(23.72±5.70),P 0.01,and that of control group(22.23 ±2.71),P 0.01.The CNS scores of therapy group were significantly lower(9.90±7.23) after treatment than that of before(22.70±7.70),P 0.01,and that of control group(16.50±6.80),P0.01.Conclusion:It was indicated that Dailixin can reduce the degree of depression and promote the neurological functional rehabilitation after stroke.
