Abstract

Objective To analyse the therapy and prognosis of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS) accompanied with acute renal failure (ARF). Methods 365 PNS patients had 35 patients with ARF. The patients accompanied with acute renal failure were randomly divided into two groups. The A group included 20 patients who were treated with methylprednisolone, low molecular dextran and furosemide. The B group included 15 patients who were treated with methylprednisolone, personal albumin and furosemide. Results The incidence rate of primary nephritic syndrome accompanied with acute renal failure was 10.17%. There was no difference between two groups in therapeutic efficacy (P0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of methylprednisolone, low molecular dextran and furosemide to primary nephritic syndrome accompanied with acute renal failure were effective , and there were little adverse effect events.
