Clinical observation of methylprednisolone impact on the trentment of primary nephrotic syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safe property experience of methylprednisolone impact in the treatment of primary nephritic syndrome.Methods 15 cases with renal biopsy were chosen,and 7 cases were minimal change nephropathy,3 cases were mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,1 case was focal segmental glomerulus sclerosis,4 cases were membranous nephropathy.15 cases with primary refractory nephrotic syndrome were cured with methylprednisolone impact,MP 0.5～1.0 g and 5% glucose 250 ml intravenous drip for continuous 3 days,and orally took prednisone on 4th to 7th day.Patients without completely relief repeated the second course of treatment.Results Patients' plasma albumins and urine capacity were increased to some extent after impact treatment,24 h urine protein,serum cholesterol,serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN) were obviously decreased,there were statistics course sense before and after impact trestment(P 0.01).Conclusions Methylprenisolone impact treatment could make primary nephrotic syndrome stably relieved,played a better role in protecting patients' renal function and reducing adverse effect by hormone.
