Abstract

In order to research the problem about high-end skilled talents' cultivation for vocational college education,such as marine engineering technology about professional talents' cultivation.The paper stated that the standard in cultivation of high-end skills which based on knowledge ability,quality level and their cultivation system,reached a key conclusion that power-and-power union between schools and enterprises would bring up teaching staff with highly qualified experience so that we could cultivate professional talents.
