Abstract

At present,the main focus of enterprise is placed on talents and one of the core strategies is to get talents especially functional talents.University should be clear about the type of talents enterprises need.Therefore,the education subjects of university should be precise which requires profound knowledge,wide-scope knowledge,strong ability,and high quality.Three-year college education should cuttivate talents with technology application,technology management and service.
