Clinical Observation of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Obesity T2DM

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of patients with obesity T2 DM.Methods: 158 patients with obesity T2 DM were divided into the observation group(n = 79) and the control group(n = 79),the observation group were treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,the control group were treated with Metformin,then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results: There was no significantly difference in the efficiency in hypoglycemic and slimming between the two groups(P 0. 05),after the treatment,FPG,2h PG,Hb Alc,and BMI were significantly lower than before in the two groups(P 0. 01),but no significantly difference between the two groups after the treatment(P 0. 05). Conclusion: Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has reliable curative effect in the treatment of patients with obesity T2 DM,and has less side effects,It's worthy of promotion.
