The Transfection and Expression of pEGFP-CI-G3BP in Hela Cells

Abstract

Objective:To study the expression and the location of G3BP in Hela cells.Methods:The plasmid pEGFP-CI-G3BP was extracted from E.Coli and was transfected into Hela cells by lipofectamine2000.The green fluorescence was observed through fluorescence inverted microscope after 24 h.Results:The plasmid pEGFP-CI-G3BP was transfected into Hela cell suceessfully,the green fluorescence was high level expressed in the cell.The location of it in the cells is cytoplasm.Conclusion:The pEGFP-CI-G3BP can be transfected into Hela cells effectively by lipofectamine 2000 and the fusion protein G3BP locates in the cytoplasm.
