The Application Study of Technical Solution about Fix Network's Intelligence Value-added Services

For technology characteristics and market significance of fixed network's intellective reformation,combining telecommunications' business and the service transition,this paper puts forword solutions to fix network's intelligence value-added services.It borrows from the advantages of mobile communications network architecture,introducing SHLR new network elements in fixed network,shielding the difference of switch features,achieving network-wide management of user data、user number portability、the automatic identification and automatic trigger of user signing's intelligence services,increasing the fixed network's capacity of providing value-added telecom business.The results show that fixed network's intellective reformation can eliminate the technical limitations of value-added services,and trigger the network-wide intelligent business.This technology creates a new space for the PSTN,provides value-added services fast,low-costly to the network-wide users with fixed network prepaid,fixed network ringtones.
