The intelligent reform of the public service telephone network

According to the fundamental changes that the public service telephones are facing,the necessity of intelligentizing the public service telephone network is addressed.A technical scheme for constructing the intelligent network by introducing the SHLR technology in the current telephone network is also proposed,and more new services are provided.
